The Boat
Our boat, the ‘Shore Diver’ is a ‘Cygnus Revenge’ and is 11.5m.
The main deck beam is 4.2m, giving a huge carrying capacity and plenty of room for twelve (12) Divers and three (3) Crew which she is ‘licensed’ to carry.
MV.Shore Diver is powered by a massive cummins QSM11, 600hp at 2300 rpm and can cruise loaded at sixteen (16) Knots reaching twenty (20) knots when required.
A hydraulic bow thruster allows ‘Shore Diver’ to be positioned into the tightest of spots!
The electronic equipment includes Auto Pilot, 2 x C120 GPS chart plotters, AIS Receiver, 2 x Echo Sounders and 2 x VHF Radios.
There is ample space for twelve and the ‘MV. Shore Diver’ also has a custom built electric diver-lift fitted to the stern for even easier entry and exit from the water.
Licensed for twelve divers, the MV. Shore Diver is coded for up to 60 miles from a safe haven, so we are able to offer trips further away from harbour as required.
The boat is also equipped with a kettle, another very essential item; so you’re sure to be welcomed aboard by Paul with a cup of tea or coffee!
